Bio

The Necessary Gentlemen started out as a trio in 2011, playing covers of old country and bluegrass songs while laying down some of the first band originals.  The band is comprised completely of transplants to New Orleans and each member brings a unique and external quality that blends together for a style that is totally at home in a smokey bar or on your front porch.
